The Arrive Inn research process followed a structured Discovery → Delivery approach, ensuring that every design decision was grounded in real user data and insights. Starting from the initial problem identified—friction when planning trips on mobile devices—we developed a comprehensive research framework that not only validated hypotheses but also uncovered untapped opportunities in the hospitality market.
Our methodology combined qualitative and quantitative methods, prioritizing a deep understanding of modern travelers’ needs, frustrations, and behaviors. This document details how we structured, executed, and applied research insights throughout the Arrive Inn development cycle.
Our approach was divided into four main phases over eight weeks:
Phase 1: Exploratory Research (Weeks 1–2)
Phase 2: Qualitative Research (Weeks 3–4)
